They understand customer needs, research as per requirements, suggest and organise most suitable accommodation and services that ensures that their customers have a memorable trip. The demand for alternate accommodation such as villas, bungalows, apartments, tented camps, etc has been growing from the customer's side and travel agents are seeking easier means to access and book such inventory.
Our clients are developing a solution for vacation rental property owners to distribute their accommodation inventory to travel agents and get realtime bookings. The solution will help individual as well as multi-property owners to make their property available for booking to a global market.
Travel agents will be able to suggest accommodation options across worldwide destinations to their clients and make instant bookings for the available properties. They get convenience in payment as the solution will take care of collecting the payments at a single window and remitting to the respective properties.
We have assisted in developing a detailed business plan and projections for the startup and mentoring the founders in planning and handling the business at the start up stage. We have brought more clarity in the business vision and helped the founders to focus on the core and priority areas during the startup phase. We have also facilitated the business in collaborating with vendors across different function areas.
